DAMAC Together kicks off 45 days of employee engagement activities

Dubai, UAE, 25 October 2022: DAMAC Properties has kicked off DAMAC Together — a comprehensive and action-packed 45-day extravaganza of fitness, wellness and entertainment activities to promote employee engagement and wellbeing.

The employee engagement programme is built on two pillars, sports and talent, and comprises DAMAC Active and DAMAC Got Talent. Employees are participating in 45-days of activities including competitive sports and fitness activities. It’s a programme for the employees and run by the employees themselves. Families are also being invited to participate in certain events.

The DAMAC Active campaign will be hosting competitive sports games in its DAMAC Hills and DAMAC Hills 2 communities including football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, throwball, badminton, table tennis, as well as a DAMACATHON including a 5 and 10k run, and an extreme run. In addition to the fitness activities, there will also be a chess competition to exercise the mind.

For the DAMAC Got Talent portion of the campaign, employees and their families have signed up to showcase their talents, whether it be singing, dancing, or any other exceptional gifts they would like to demonstrate.

The 45-day campaign will end on November 25th with an awards gala night where the winners and runners up will be recognised.
