Our Emiratisation Commitment

With the aim of enhancing Emirati citizens’ participation in our workforce, DAMAC introduced the Nationals Acquisition & Management Acceleration (NaMa) programme in 2023. This Management Trainee initiative enables Emirati employees to explore various departments within the company before selecting a role where they excel the most.
