Branded residences are on the rise, with the sector growing 160% in the past decade — and the number of schemes is expected to nearly double globally by 2030. Dubai is home to more of these real estate projects than anywhere else in the world.

Look through the gallery to see more of Dubai's luxury branded residences, including DAMAC Properties’ Cavalli Tower.

Situated in Dubai Marina, the 70-story Cavalli Tower (pictured in this digital rendering) is the result of a partnership between Roberto Cavalli and DAMAC Group. The Dubai-based private investment company purchased the struggling Italian fashion house in 2019. The move into real estate can help fashion brands diversify their income as they make money through licensing or management fees.

The glass-walled, 58th-floor sky pool, pictured in this digital rendering, is surrounded by dining outlets, and will be the heart of Cavalli Tower's exclusive social and leisure space.
