DAMAC Properties launches new cluster at its DAMAC Hills 2 community

Dubai, UAE, 11 January 2022: DAMAC Properties has launched a brand-new cluster at its thriving DAMAC Hills 2 community in Dubailand. The Camelia cluster is a collection of 3-storey townhouses positioned right in the centre of the master development, next to the community’s most exciting amenities.                                                                        

Launched in 2014, DAMAC Hills 2 now is home to more than 24,000 residents. The 55-million square foot community is DAMAC’s second master development, which came after the success of its first community — DAMAC Hills.                                                      

The community will be soon opening up a host of new amenities to its residents, including a waterpark, a boating lake and upgraded sports and fitness facilities, among others.                                                                     

Existing amenities include an outdoor cinema, two dog parks, a petting farm and jogging and cycling tracks. There are also tennis, paddleball and basketball courts, a cricket pitch and five separate fitness areas for residents to work out, do yoga or any other type of fitness activity.                                                              

The community has also opened two nurseries and its community mall is fully let. It includes a Carrefour grocery store, restaurants and other retail outlets. Another exciting development is that residents can now order food delivery to their homes on Talabat.
