LOAMS recognised by Smart Built Environment Awards for its community initiatives

Dubai, UAE, September 28, 2022: DAMAC Properties’ facility management arm, LOAMS, has recently been named as Runner Up for Community Engagement Initiative of the Year Award at the Smart Built Environment Awards.

The prestigious award recognises Luxury Owners Association Management Company (LOAMS) for several community initiatives carried out by the team this year. With their dedicated Customer Happiness Team, LOAMS has proactively reached out to residents on ideas, suggestions and recommendations, aside from advocating for and providing insights on operational challenges in order to tackle them more efficiently.

To promote healthy and safe living, LOAMS has ensured its communities are gated and with adequate lighting, equipped with security cameras, proper signage, electronic access cards, radio frequency identification and Automatic Number Plate Recognition to name a few.

Additionally, to promote social responsibility and engagement, LOAMS has facilitated community participation in several charitable initiatives like Dubai Cares Campaign to provide students with electronic gadgets needed in schools. LOAMS has also hosted Breast Cancer Awareness events as well as helped spread awareness for the Dubai Autism Center.

LOAMS also organised an Iftar event for hundreds of its blue-collar workforce in DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2 (D2) and other buildings within Dubai outside of the master communities during the month of Ramadan.
