New website will offer easier navigation and access

DAMAC Properties has launched a new corporate website specifically designed to ease the purchase of dubai property by customers across the world.

The new site, which has been totally redesigned, embraces the latest web technology including state-of-the-art navigation and browsers to enable the most user-friendly interface for customers. Combined with new corporate colours and style, the new website makes the process of locating a property among the wide DAMAC offering easier than ever before.

With a demanding customer base spread over more than 100 countries, the new website engages customers in a visual message, that not only reflects and promotes the finest services and facilities in the DAMAC property portfolio, but also provides a one-stop shop for all customers -- from speculative browsers to those with large property portfolios.

Customers can now log-on to the website, see live movie images of views from the company’s Ocean Heights and Marina Terrace developments at Dubai Marina and a 3D look at the most recently launched DAMAC Tower in Beirut with interiors by VERSACE Home.

Speaking about the launch of the website, Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at DAMAC, said: “We felt it was time to revisit our website and to look at how we could make it easier for customers to navigate. With so many projects across different countries, we felt the need to streamline the entire process and to take the opportunity to give it a sleeker and more dynamic look at the same time.”

Niall continues: “With a customer base that is spread all over the world, we realise the importance of a relevant and useful website – it is about much more than using it to promote our company. Customers can use this as a reference point to check on progress and to find out the latest news about their development which they consistently tell us is important. We feel confident that the new website is user-friendly from all angles -- navigation, design and quality of content.”

The new website also features the innovative at-a-glance breakdown of the DAMAC’s developments across the GCC. In addition, there are numerous up to date construction photos of each development and a simple one touch enquiry button.

Developed by Dubai based company Traffic, the new website is designed to meet the needs of an international customer database and embraces Web 2.0 functionality, providing property management solutions and bespoke searches, a stunning Flash homepage of the Dubai skyline and clear text. The website also conforms to the AAA Standard, the international standard for sight impaired users.

Mr McLoughlin added:: “Our previous website had already achieved much praise in the industry, including the Best Website Developer in the CNBC Property Awards five years running. It is very important for a company operating on a global scale to embrace the latest web-based technology and provide marketing communications tools that customers actually want. Our next step will be to optimise the site and look at social networking and reciprocal data streaming. In addition we will be producing an Arabic language version by the end of the year.

‘We feel confident that this new site will be a big hit with our customers and will provide them with the information they need in a more concise and direct way.”
