DAMAC Properties Launches Park Life Living at AKOYA by DAMAC
4.3 Million sq ft Private Park to Provide Exclusive ‘Gardens’ for AKOYA Park Villas; Villas on Sale with Prices Starting from AED 2.1 Million
DAMAC Properties, one of the largest luxury real estate developers in the Middle East, has launched sales of luxury villas at AKOYA Park, the latest phase of its AKOYA by DAMAC master development in Dubai.
A 14 million sq ft extension to the original 28 million sq ft at AKOYA by DAMAC, includes a dedicated 4.3 million sq ft of open parkland, which will be a first-of-its-kind development in the region. The exclusive villas are set within the grounds of a lush green open space reserved for the residents of the community. The AKOYA Park will become one of the largest private parks in the region.
A limited number of 200 villas have been made available, with a starting price point of AED 2.1 million. Set within three clusters named after some the largest open parks in the world: ‘Rockwood’, ‘Richmond’, and ‘Topanga’, the villas will offer the unique experience of living in the heart of a Park.
AKOYA Park will include its own open-air amphitheatre, running & cycling tracks, an 18-hole putting green, barbecue area, café, skate-boarding Park, floodlight football pitch, basketball, tennis & badminton courts, children’s water play area, a life-sized chess board and a luxurious beach-fronted swimming pool.
AKOYA by DAMAC is now a 42 million sq ft community off Umm Sequim Road, which includes the AKOYA Park, the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai and branded villa concepts The Trump Estates, DAMAC Villas by Paramount and FENDI Villas.
