DAMAC Has One of Dubai’s Happiest Communities

DAMAC Properties’ LOAMS, Luxury Owners Association Management Company LLC, has won two prestigious awards at the International Real Estate Community Management Summit (IRECMS).

The organisation was awarded Gold for the Best Crisis Management Initiative of the year and Silver for the Happiest Residential Community of the year.

LOAMS’ was also nominated in five other categories at the award ceremony which includes the Best Community Management Company, Best Sustainability Initiative and Best Implementation of Technology for 2022.

At the awards, the DAMAC team also received special honours. Said El Haouasli was awarded Inspiring Leader in Community Management and Natalie Tenner was awarded Best Dressed Woman.

IRECMS Dubai Awards is an initiative to recognise UAE-based companies that are delivering outstanding results in the field of Community Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, and Real Estate in general.

The Awards recognises meritorious efforts, regardless of the company size and scale. It comprises 15+ categories that are vetted by an Advisory Council comprising global leaders within Community Management. The categories are shortlisted for being relevant and reflective of the local market landscape.
