DAMAC Goes Extra Mile for Customers with Launch of DAMAC Cares Campaign

• The new campaign is aimed at proactively solving customer complaints or issues
• Customers can visit the DAMAC Cares stand set up across various project locations and liaise with DAMAC staff to sort out any matter

Dubai, UAE — 15 August 2021: DAMAC Properties, the region's leading luxury real estate developer, is further raising the bar as part of its mission to deliver customer satisfaction and happiness, by launching the DAMAC Cares campaign. Spearheaded by DAMAC’s Customer Relations Management Department, the initiative aims to proactively solve any customer complaints or issues.

As part of the one-month campaign, DAMAC Cares stands are being set up at various project locations in the UAE, to give customers a place to meet DAMAC staff face-to-face and talk about any concerns or issues they may have. The first of these stands was launched at DAMAC Hills on August 4.

DAMAC is also inviting residents and investors alike to visit the stand to give feedback on all aspects of living in a DAMAC property, including sharing their likes and inputs on improvements that can be made. DAMAC staff will collect all feedback and study it for future development consideration, to enhance customer experience wherever possible.

"After the recent changes made in the organisation, we have come up with the DAMAC Cares initiative, as we want to be even closer to our customers," said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of DAMAC.

DAMAC customers that visit the stands will also be able to learn about the exciting and useful features available to them on the DAMAC Living App, which aims to make home processes easier and more seamless.
