A residential complex in the heart of Business Bay, the architecture has been motivated by the petals of the Lotus flower and comprises of four towers on a circular podium with its form tapering at the bottom and the top. La Residence at the Lotus is a spectacular 58-storeyed tower located on an island and is adorned with a grand entrance and separate lobbies. It is pixilated with solid state lighting which animates the façade at night and encourages natural cross ventilation at all times.
